Wardy, Are you still using my Nispro OBV or have you got another one on. I'd start with that as those things are prone to leaking, my original BOV sounded a bit like a perpetual fart under the bonnet and it wouldn't surprise me if the Nispro is getting tired if you're still using it. Did you see my earlier post on using a hobs switch so you poq that OBV anyway.
