Hi
listers
I blew my head gasket on Wednesday, and have
decided to warm the L18 up a bit while it's in bits. (will also get
the mystery cam setup too, and if Zac gets his bum into gear a 45 weber
too! :)
Theres one problem though... the head is
stuffed due to corrosion (and my spare one too... which is a bit of bad
luck). I've been reading bout A87, peanut, etc heads, I don't really know
which kind suits my needs best, but I was wondering if anybody had something in
decent nick for sale? It's going to be a mild street car, nothing too
serious. I don't want huge valves etc cos I wanna keep fuel consumption
reasonable, and would be happy with something already worked on as long as it
was fairly mild :) Who would I be best off talking to about
working one of these heads here in Adelaide? I wouldn't want to spend much
more than $350 on modifying the head.
Thanks
- Tom
