Do yourself a favour and get a billet cam through Errol. No need for lash
pads (good idea) and well worth the $$$ as no more rooting around with
settings, just set and forget.

Terry, is that 2 thou up or down? E.g 8 thou becomes
10 thou? What do you mean Datrally rally suggests. It
is not a Datrally engine, the last owner has no idea
either. Next time when I do them again next week, I
will tell you what is written on the cam, and you mite
be able to tell me what cam it is and what tappets
clearences it should have, Cos the last owner did not
know, I went off the stock numbers and stuffed around
until I think it is correct. Can I replace the lash
pads, from memory I have to get a new cam to go with
them, Correct or not, and is it worth it?
