They run the 3.6 to compensate for the 3.7 diff ratio, so the beast can
take off without being left behind by daihatsu charades etc. But think of
the overall drive ratio with 3.7 & 15' rims! 38.5 Kph on 225/45/x15's in
sixth. A race box it is not!

I was disappointed to see that stump pulling first gear ratio for the 6
speed. 2.9 to 1 is my kind of first gear, with a really close ratio
cluster. 6th is interesting though, .767, thats pretty tall. A real
300kph.
box if ever there was one for a 1600.
