Just had a look at some starion piston I've got sittting around and they have one
valve relief on nissan intake side and two valve reliefs on the other they must use
the same pistons in the 2 valve and 3 valve motor. There 85mm dia standard and made
from what mitsi term as special aluminium alloy with steel strut incorporated and
run a .0012-.002 thou clearance so i gather they must be high in silicone. Mitsi
charge around $120 each plus rings although RPW in perth have replacements for
around $350( includes hasting rings) a set or if someone wants some second hand ones
they can have mine for free, just pay for rod removal and frieght.
