If you can use a torque wrench to it all yourself.
Bolt on a A87 head.
Twin SU's or even better twin webers.
nice big set of headers 2" all the way one muffer.(at rear)

After about two weeks driving take the headers off and grind out where
the headers overlap the ports,you will see the black marks on the heads
looking in where the gasket is.
You will notice the difference.
As for cam just use the late model 180B cam or L20B cam,As the books say
"Don't over cam your engine"
