I agree, seam weld everything if u intend to bash it around with 250hp.  Fit
a full 6 cage and a strut brace.  That covers most of your strength probs.
I just helped seam weld the rear end of my bosses 1600 rally car cause it
was starting to crack, and its only got a 150hp L18, but it does get bashed
around a fair bit.

As Richard said, it depends on what your going to use it for.
