List,
I'm still am not totally convinced yet, it's not that I have any doubt that
the info from Shell is correct but I don't know what the 2 standards are
that Chris referred to and when they come into being and what they replaced
and why. Now they may have been in existence before 1985 when ULP came into
being in Aus Optimax is PULP) but what about in 1970, like what is the
standard that the 510 filler hose conforms too, we've never thought about it
much before or needed too.
I have thought of a few follow-up questions and I can still do that if
anyone has anything they'd like to know about Optimax now a contact has been
found.
regards
Terry

Well done Terry
That answers the question (from Shells' point of view anyway)
So I wonder what was the story behind the various comments recently that
said there problems?
Oh well.. The guy who reco'ed my head said i could run unleaded except for
the comp ratio so Otimax and PULP should be no worries.. I kinda like super
tho as its a 'known' quantity.
cheers
Mick
