Leaded - Unleaded

Gidday list.   Do any of you have any experience with using different systems to allow leaded engines to run on unleaded fuel. I think we are due for removal of leaded fuel next year here in QLD and he has "inherited" his Aunty's old Corolla, and gets his license next year. Yes, sorry, she has no taste, she now drives a dunny door.  When I bought the Nissan for my daughter last year I deliberately went for a post 86 model to get an unleaded car. One thing I'm looking at for my son's car is a "Fuelstar" http://www.fuelstar.com/ unit that provides lead replacement in the fuel line via tin based catalyst.
