Here we are allowed to put a 1400 engine to replace a 1200. (L14 block, in
to replace A12!!!!!!!!! if it looks stock!!)
The blocks are pretty scarce though!! It called maximising the
regulations!!!

Pardon my ignorance, but what's so good about L14 blocks? I thought it was
the same as an L16. I'm building my 1686 motor with a brand new one...
because I had one already.
