fuses for headlights

List,   I'm having heaps of problems with my headlights, I can't use high beams or else my fuse just blows straight away(which is great when you need to use your high beams, in the middle of no where). I had a look at the fuse box and cleaned it up. I have a feeling someone has done a dodgy job because it looks like both the headlights go through the same fuse, I'm presuming when they are on high beam too much juice is going through em. Anyway can someone tell me what size fuse should be in there.
