AND WILL A BLOW-OFF VALUE HELP TURBO LAGG GREATLY ? APPROX HOW MUCH
HP WILL IT HAVE ON MAX BOOST & HOW DO YOU GET IT TO BOOST UP ON THE
LINE ?
