Rick,
I would advise getting it acid dipped rather than blasted at all. If you
get this done you can also get all the rust neutralised. The only hassle
is you have to redo all the underseal, joint sealing & rust proofing. I
had this done on the shell of my rally car & it makes the preparation
heaps easier.
It all depends on how far you want to go.
