Guy,
        if you read the section of the 2000 CAMS manual, for Group 3c it says
you can do anything you like to the Engine Section 3.2 (xxix) it says
that for Pre '86 models you can modify it however you like, except for
the number of valves and number of camshafts. Also says you can change
the engine capacity within the limits of the recognised or homologated
engine block to suit the class capacity. Also any carby/fuel injection
system and inlet manifold/exhaust manifold you want. That's my
interpretation.
