I have just finished upgrading my fuel lines for the Z18ET. I used 7.94 OD
bundy weld tube for both go and return. It costs about $1 a meter and you
need about 6 metres.
You can bend it easily but to avoid kinking you should use some sort of
pipe bender. An 8mm fuel hose will fit straight over the tube and costs
about $6/m and you will need about 3-4 metres depending on the surge tank
and where the filters are. Most of the cost will be labour as it takes a
bit of time 1-2 hours to bend the pipe and secure it so a workshop will
probably charge $150-$200. Doing it yourself will cost about $30 or $60 if
you buy the pipe bender.
