Ryan,
Just use the Bundy tube like the brake hard lines are (but bigger). You only
need stuff around 5mm ID. No smaller though. Don't let the "sic mates" try
to tell you that you need huge fuel lines. It's not true. The output fitting
on a Bosch VL turbo pump (008) has an ID of slightly less than 5mm, so it's
not much use going bigger than this!
You need much larger stuff leading into the pump though. Just match it to
the size of the fittings on the pump.
Make sure you use the proper (expensive) EFI hose for everything after the
fuel pump - it is rated to huge pressures - and needs to be - those pumps
can deliver over 100psi.

Subject: efi fuel lines for 1600
Guys I am purchasing an EFI setup for my L20 in my 1600 and figure I will
have to upgrade my fuel line and add a return line as I don't have one.
What size, type do I use, can I do this my self? how much would it cost for
a shop to do it?? Has anyone else done this I guess so as of fj/sr/z18
would require this modification. Any help muchly appreciated
Ryan
