Sumitomo twin-spot Brakes

Listers, I would like to fit the Sumitomo 2 piston calipers, however 240K struts are getting hard to find.... I have gone through the mail archives but still have a few questions. Do Toyota Coronas have the Sumitomo twin-spots? If so which models? What vented (peugot?) or solid discs can be used with these calipers, I would like to be able to use 200b struts and rotors and then upgrade to vented discs - is this possible?
