Rick,

For the bluey Japanese 5 speed the shaft length for a 510 I've recorded is
960mm (centre front uni to centre rear uni) but i would still check it using
Errol's method just to be sure.

i need to no how much to shorten my tailshaft to put a bluebird 5speed in my
1600.i am going to put it in myself but i need to get my tailshaft
shortened.or will the place it get it shortened at no how much to shorten it
