Rhys,
I have just put together a Z20E with the Z18ET exhaust and a modified split
pulse T3 turbo. I plan to run only 6 psi boost on the stocker. It should be
fun and go like a cut cat. Where are you in NZ?
Cheers
Feral Errol

Subject: z18et wiring...
I'm currently trying to put z18t frankenstein motor in my 1200 coupe and
have a question about the a little speed sensor thing in the speedo. It's a
complete original S-110 gazelle loom and speedo unit and i'm using the
complete s-110 loom but mating it to the 1200 old instruments...but I need
to know whether the sensor in the speedo is for the computer or just for a
100kmh bell / chime. Can I leave it disconected if it is for comp.? or will
it stuff idle mixtures or idle speed? I remember something about Fj20t
using a speed sensor and rb30 but what about Z18t?
Thanks for any help.
Rhys hunter.
.....also I'm using 2" od tubing to a front mount vr4 mitsi intercooler and
2-1/4"
to the throttle body...(motor is z20e block,l20b crank,z20 pistons,z18et
head,86mm bore.) will this size tubing be sufficient to make good
horsepower without overkill?
