nah it's cool didn't upset me
scared me that there was something I forgot about or didn't prepare for
as for the front end mods it's actually a pretty easy conversion
I'm a little worried about doing the hydraulic clutch cylinder though,
scared I'm not gunna line it up right and stuff it up, last time I helped a
mate do this conversion he paid someone to do the clutch setup, but I can't
afford it at the moment
as for the engine mounts I was thinking about slotting them

anyone on the list know of any problems with slotting mounts? does it weaken
the mounts or is it still ok? also is it ok roadworthy wise?

thanks again
Dave

think stuff that absorbs engine noise that is stuck to the bonnet the L20
won't fit under the bonnet when closed.

and as a friend pionted out the original rocker cover from a 1600 that Says
Datsun 1600 OHC on it is actually a little bit shorter so that leaves a
little bit more room for clearance.
