Diff conversion

can anyone recomend someone around brisbane that will do a fairly cheap diff conversion
I want it shortened and fitted but my usual guy is booked out for like 4 weeks
 
PS. would anyone happen to know of a 1600 Wagon Diff for sale in the brisbane area?
 
If I can't find one soon I'm just gunna have to use a SSS stanza diff which I'm pretty sure will bust and cost me more :(
