What i do is push them in with a hammer and drift, preferably just one side
and not all the way (although a lot of mechanics just push em into the water
jacket and leave em there) then u grab the exposed side with a pair of multi
grips and just use the rounded side of the multis to ease them out..
its really easy
make sure u replace them with brass ones
never have the problem again
