The 13bt intercoolers are around 300mm by 300mm each with no tanks,maybe a touch
bigger.I'll measure one during the week.One will easily flow enough air to make 200hp
with minmal restriction.I've seen them used in 400hp application but would imagine
there cooling properties and flow capabilities would be greatly reduced.At $150 each,2
joined together would certianly allow for plenty of flow (at least 400hp) cooling
ability would increase a bit due to lager surface area but still limited by the
distance across the intercooler(water spray would help).I couldn't see tanks costing
any moer than $200 to have made and welded in place.For $500 you would have a good
intercooler.As for boost this would depend on turbo efficiency.I've seen cooler air
come from a 400hp 18 psi turbo than from a factory T3 at 10psi.
