most r180s (if theyre out of a nissan will bolt into a 1600 literally). All
1600s come with a quite reliable r160 but they start to whine and give up
once you put any power through them. R180s are most commonly found in 240k's
and c210 skylines (1978-1980ish i think terry would be able to tell ya
that). Basically r180s are available in a variety of ratios most commonly
3.9 or 3.54:1, whereas the r160s i believe are 3:1 and 3.7:1 depending on
year of production and automatic transmission or not. If performance is the
key factor you could find a low ratio 4 or even 5:1 ratio diff but for an
efi turbo 3.9 would probably be the best bet judging from experiences on the
list. If you need a more detailed install instructions i could provide em,
and if you want a r200 still then i wouldnt be any help at all :)
