I dont know for the particular 1600/R200 combo, but as an
example, a 180B in hot4s april 2001 used a navara dual cab
tailshaft with an R200. In this instance, it "bolted straight up"
correct length etc.
maybe you can find a tailshaft w/ correct unis and length etc with a
lot of measuring and checking at wreckers, or maybe all that
wasted time is worth more to you than the $100 or so (??) to get
someone to do the work.
