Mark,

white exhaust is usually caused by coolant getting into the system, where oil smoke is blue. Is the engine losing any coolant?

Subject: 1200 draw thru turbo help

hi all,

i have a 1200 coupe with a T28 turbo in suck thru config using a 2"su. the turbo has been completely rebuilt with carbon seals after it was diagnosed to suck oil through the seals when backing off due to the vacuum created between the su and turbo. now after rebuild it blows white under load and even when idling. there is no pcv valve at the moment that is hooked into the inlet.

does anyone know why the oily smoke is still blowing?

thanx

Mark
