Mark, white
exhaust is usually caused by coolant getting into the system, where oil smoke
is blue. Is the engine losing any coolant? Cheers Feral Errol -----Original Message----- hi all, i have a 1200 coupe with a T28 turbo in
suck thru config using a 2"su. the turbo has been completely rebuilt with
carbon seals after it was diagnosed to suck oil through the seals when backing
off due to the vacuum created between the su and turbo. now after rebuild it
blows white under load and even when idling. there is no pcv valve at the
moment that is hooked into the inlet. does anyone know why the oily smoke is
still blowing? thanx Mark --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
