I ahve seen for my own eye.. yes they do bolt up!   There are a couple of
types... one has the pipe i nthe middle of the caliper the other has on the
end.........  not sure which one works best.  They are heavy though.... not
that it should matter very much.........  Performance?? well I don't think
you should ever get brake fade with the use of some good pads..
I will prefer my nissan 4 spots and mitsubish 3000 GT Discs.... hehehehe
cos i already had the calipers

I think bang for your buck.... land cruiser aren't a bad suggestion...
