Andy,
Thanks but in fact the contact on the sender resistor
travels all the way to the top regardless, so bending
wont make a difference. ( Tried 3 spare units and all
read the same or similar). The problem is electricial
and it has me stymied as the temp guage works like a
dream.
I can manage with it the way it is, but it would be
nice to see the guage read full when the tank is.
