Paddy,
200B springs are about the same height as stock 1600 springs but are heavier by around 25lbs so a 1600 will sit higher than a 200B with this combo. A 200B strut will the same springs refitted will lower a 70+ 1600 by around 1.4" or 35mm, so if you use 1"-2" lowered 1600 springs you'll have ride height between 320mm - 350mm which is not super low but above bump steer land and more importantly you'll be able to still achieve a fairly level F/R ride height without excessive camber in the rear and still have acceptable roll centre.

 ive got 200b struts in my `70 510, should i use lowered 200b springs or lowered 510 springs in these? im after about a 2" drop from standard height
