It will be more than 35mm here shown below,
ie:17" = 431.8mm+ "35mm" for the tyres=466.8mm
For starters, 35 series means that the height of the sidewall is 35% of the
size of the total width of the tyre. ie a 205mm 35 series tyre would have a
sidewall height of 71.75mm. So the entire tyre
diameter would be 431.8mm + 2 x (0.35 x tyre width).
Then continue on from there!!!!
