My friend slapped a heavy spring on his wastegate and I went for a run in
it...no traction in 2nd at all.
The boost gauge floundered between 14 and 15 psi...I'm guessing this settup
is NOT good for the turbo...he said it has some sort of a boost cut at
15psi...should he get a spring with just the right tension so it doesn't go
over 14 at all?
