Adam,

I've never owned a bluebird, but there are susp mods that would make it
handle better that apply to most vehicles. Here goes;

*Good quality shock absorbers-performance directly proportional to how much
you spend

*Quality springs-there has been debate that standard spring are best left on
some cars, maybe a bluebird freak can answer this!!!

*Polyutherane bushes-available from anywhere that sells susp and most auto
stores. I fitted my Mk 1 Escort with a complete polyutherane kit for about
$230. Shop around, prices vary heaps.

*Sway bars-Any suspension retailer

*Lower centre of gravity-
a/ slam it on it's arse!!!!!!(within reason, of course)
b/ lighten your car

*Camber and castor kit-yet again ask a bluebird freak for good supplier and
brand-can be expensive

*Wheel aligner with good reputation-ask around your local race/rally/street
scene.

Happy Handlimg

Damien

P.S I think R30 and R31 discs and calipers bolt onto series 1 bluebird
struts-a cheap brake upgrade
