i spose any car for a grand is cheap ! but have you considered the weight of the car etc does anyone know how much the bluebirds weigh ? as an example my 1600 weighs about 900kg and early corollas & maxda r100's weigh about 750 kg maxda rx7 weigh 1200kg
also bear in mind that once you start racing you will definately get the bug for more and is that car going to suit the kinds of things that you might end up being interetsed in ? cams groups tarmac cars into under 1600 and then under 2000 not sure about rally cars though....does the 1800 suit ? specifically is the bluebird good for motorkhana's ? sorry but i dont know a lot about them. hope this helps......Jeff I'm after a car just to use in the motorkhanas, you guys reckon this would do the job? ( im new to all this, want a car to start with ) and am i getting ripped off? Its in pretty good nick, no bog or stone chips. Doesnt blow smoke.
