It doesn't sound like the oil pump, 60 lbs on synthetic oil is fine. 80 lbs
on mineral oil sounds like the pump may have a washer under the relief
spring anyway. I have no idea why it's making noise with a new chain, but I
think you'd better pull it apart again to have a look. With that much noise
something must surely be showing signs of distress.

80pounds but now it only runs about 60pounds. I have
changed oil as well. but that was a long time ago. I
went from Penrite to Castrol R.
