Sounds to me like the tensioner has a problem

It doesn't sound like the oil pump, 60 lbs on synthetic oil is fine. 80 lbs
on mineral oil sounds like the pump may have a washer under the relief
spring anyway. I have no idea why it's making noise with a new chain, but I
think you'd better pull it apart again to have a look. With that much noise
something must surely be showing signs of distress.

Yes, It didn't before but now it does. The gauge reads
80pounds but now it only runs about 60pounds. I have
changed oil as well. but that was a long time ago. I
went from Penrite to Castrol R.
Do you think its the oil pump?
