Andy,
To convert from horsepower to kilowatts, multiply by 0.75
To convert from kilowatts to horsepower, divide by 0.75
To convert from power at the flywheel to power at the wheels, multiply by
0.7 for an approximate figure
To convert from power at the wheels to power at the flywheel, divide by 0.7
for an approximate figure
eg 196hp at the wheels = 147kw at the wheels = approx 210kw/280hp at the
flywheel
= Pretty stout effort there from a L20b mate! Have you got some details of
the setup somewhere?
