Morning Ryan! I have had the same problem with my motor, BUt it would start making noises alot sooner than yours, I spun a main bearing! Other than that I have no idea, It sounds like you've done everything. MAke sure the oil gallery that feeds the tensioner is clear of shit. I tried everything to fix mine, But nothing fixed it. It finally sized solid! I bitch, I hope theres a better outcome then what happen to mine! Cheers nAT
