Mark I have whats known as the "hollinger 2 gear set"  this only changes the ratios between 2nd and 3rd and eliminates the normal 'jump'. This means that if i'm in 2nd and i change at 7000rpm the rpm's drop to 4300rpm in 3rd. This suits the output of the motor perfectly.
