it all dpends on the rta. i have been told that you cant get a 1200 ute
registered with a 2litre turbo, but i have seen several, but they have moved
the firewall to make it fit. if this is true about the rta, then i would be
better off with a ca18det with a stroker kit. but even so it is a matter of
which is cheaper- move the firewall or fit a stroker kit?

I have a CA20 at home. I can imagine that a CA18 twin cam head may bolt on.
If so, I am surprised that no-one has done this yet!!!

Graeme.

Why not just get a CA20 from a Pintara and turbocharge it? I'd imagine it
would be cheaper...
