I pulled both manifolds off and dropped the sterring arm crossbar thingy (damn can't think of the word)
Went in pretty sweet after that... It uses all mitsu items, pull off the current reservoir and it is a straight fitment on to the top of the master cylinder which you can attach a hose to and run that to a new remote reservoir. This would use twin reservoirs and looks quite neat cos it uses factory parts that bolt straight on and you can get them pretty cheap and they aren't old and crusty. Anybody got any tips to make life a little simpler when installing an FJT ??????????? I've pulled off the inlet manifold to give me some more room but also to paint it and I was planning to put the car onto ramps and use an engine hoist to drop the engine/gearbox in. I've got the exhuast manifold/turbo still attached is this going to cause me grief when I go to install due to clearance for the firewall (I haven't bashed the firewall to give extra room for the dump pipe....my FJ is the skyline version). Any tips from people who have done this before would be great :-) Thanx Swanny --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------
