Mate if your in perth then just spend a few weeks looking at the Quokka (Like the trading posts for you eastern staters) There is always ones in there. I bought one about 2 years ago for $50, just needed to be cleaned up a bit.
I've never had problem with the studs, but if some one has treated them badly then maybe, just take the carbies off the studs carefully and dont force them and the studs should stay at 90 degress all the time.
