HICAS is 4ws but by not much you will see a rack across the rear of the diff. I'm told they can cost a shit load to fix, if resetting the computer doesn't work. Firstly try disconcet the battery and turn the lights on and the ing swich on (as if you are statring the car)pump the brakes about 9 times then reconcet your battery and take your car for at least 10 min drive with your foot hard up it.(or if you drive sloww drive as you would)
