Most likely the hicas reservoir is low.  The reservoir is near the LH front
Wheel arch, it a is a black cylindrical container about 10cm in diameter with a
screw top lid and a dipstick attached to it.  Check the level.

Top it up with hydraulic or ATF fluid.

That did the trick for me.

The HICAS system has a hydraulic system which is attached to the back wheels
which flex the wheels to make the car more stable around fast corners (it only
works above 80kph).   The R32 has Super-Hicas which is apparently a better
system, obviously they developed it more during the late 80's.

Its not in the diff, there is an arm connecting from the chassis to each rear
wheel with a hydraulic actuator.
