Andrew, I use Castrol SRF synthetic brake fluid. It may be overkill but it never lets me down. After 12-15 laps at any of the NSW race tracks I have never had brake fade, and I really give the brakes a pounding.
The down side is the price - $120 for 1.5 litres.
