James,   I am no expert on this subject but have a basic understanding, I hope this helps..... 1. what capacity surge tank should i use? price? A: One litre should be fine - about $150? depends on if you make it or buy it, and how fancy you want it. 2. what sort of fuel pump should i use? price? where i get it from? does it have its own mounting bracket? A: Two fuel pumps 1- pre pump to get fuel from the tank to the surge tank, 2- high pressure pump to get fuel from surge tank to fuel rail. various options available, others on this list may have particular brands to recommend with pricing. 3. how is the fuel system hooked up? tank to what to what to what? A: Tank - low volume pump - surgetank - high pressure efi pump - fuel rail - returnline - surge tank. Also surge tank should have an over flow back to the fuel tank. (Hope I didn't leave anything out) 4. should i use a regulator? A: Yes. 5. what other bits do i need that i havent considered?
