Hi James, 1. what capacity surge tank should i use? price? Approx 1 litre should be fine....about $90 for a nice stainless steel tank, or you could make one up yourself. 2. what sort of fuel pump should i use? price? where i get it from? does it have its own mounting bracket? VL Turbo high pressure pump ($180) and good quality low pressure high volume pump for suge tank (piersburg $85)   3. how is the fuel system hooked up? tank to what to what to what? Tank to low pressure pump to surge tank to high pressure pump to fuel rail returning back to tank. 4. should i use a regulator? Yes, but this should already be on the CA18DET fuel rail.   5. what other bits do i need that i havent considered?
