Another way to do it using the L20 block is to machine down the block as the stock pistons sit around 1mm from the top then use a steel head saver between 2 gaskets.This seals better than putting 2 gaskets together.The head savers are cheap ($30) and are available from acl.

I've heard of people using 2 headgaskets stuck together to decrease compression ratio's

what's the deal with doing this? obviously I'd need to change the tension settings? how do I work this out?
