Occasionally, not all the time (I did fill up with petrol last night, optimax, and it happened last night) when I floor my car (sr20de motor) it blows fine smoke out the exhaust. Only four things I can think of: 1. A heap of crap lying in the exhaust pipe blowing out under load and exhaust pressure
2. I have a leak in the header, with could be letting in additional oxygen, which is causing this. Can that happen? 3. It is running a bit rich?? 4. Cat has had a hole punched through it and a pipe left in its place, could leftover honeycomb be blowing out under load? This was done ages ago, and I would have though that any crap left in there would have blown out by now. Only happens under serious load, not normal driving. any suggestions regards Greg --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------
