It's a possibility I cant say for sure without seeing it.

Could air leaks into the exhaust cause this errol?? I'm too bloody lazy to
pull the whole thing off at the moment. If that was all it was, then I will
live with it for now. Plus the farting noise that comes from the leak is
good for scaring the shit out of people under full load. Fark it's loud!

thanks Greg

Fix the exhaust first then check again.

Sorry, also to add that the smoke is a whitish/brownie color.

Occasionally, not all the time (I did fill up with petrol last night,
optimax, and it happened last night) when I floor my car (sr20de motor) it
blows fine smoke out the exhaust. Only four things I can think of:
1. A heap of crap lying in the exhaust pipe blowing out under load and
exhaust pressure

2. I have a leak in the header, with could be letting in additional oxygen,
which is causing this. Can that happen?

3. It is running a bit rich??

4. Cat has had a hole punched through it and a pipe left in its place,
could leftover honeycomb be blowing out under load? This was done ages ago,
and I would have though that any crap left in there would have blown out by
now.

Only happens under serious load, not normal driving.
any suggestions

regards Greg
