if it's stuffed it will be an open circuit i think.  which means get a new one.
if it's holden it can't be more than $25.  cheap as chips

Subject: off topic: Holden V6 (again)

listers,
Re my previous post about a shitty starting VR v6,
I have recently been told that the temp sensor in the block of the v6 is most likely giving dodgy readings when it is cold. Does anyone know where the temp sensor is in a holden VR V6  and what its specs are. ie what should its resistance/capacitance or whatever be when it is cold and at operating temp?
